*This league does not count toward USTA ratings; winners will be invited to State Championship, but will not advance further.
**TBD playdays – contact LLC.
There are two match playdays or two match start times listed for some subflights. The playday/start time may vary week to week between the two days/times.To avoid court defaults, captains need to make sure they have enough players on their team who are flexible and can be available to play no matter which playday/start time is used in the schedule.
If a facility has a team and is not available to host a match on the day of the week and/or the time the team is scheduled to play and the teams involved are agreeable, we may be able to work out a different day/time for that facility.
Flights will be split into subflights based on number of teams registered, playday, length of the season, and providing no fewer than a six match season for each team.
If a flight/subflight has fewer than 3 teams signed up, we may be able to adjust the regular playday or create a schedule that includes a mix of playdays to suit the teams. All teams and their facilities must agree or the posted regular day will stand.
Teams may be scheduled to play twice on some weeks and/or on a different day of the week than normal if court availability is a problem on a particular match date, or the weeks needed for a complete schedule is more than what is available, or a match is scheduled on a holiday/holiday weekend.
The women’s weekday daytime teams may be required to play one women’s weekend team on the playday the weekend team is scheduled to play on. Please note that if there is weekend team in your flight (noted in the team name) and you have a double round robin schedule your team will be required to play the weekend team twice.
Once the schedule is posted on TennisLink, the match day and start time listed for each match is firm unless notified by the LLC. The facility where your USTA match is to be played is listed on your team’s TennisLink homepage. Please note facilities with satellite courts will sometime use them instead of their main courts.
Local League Playoffs may be scheduled for a different day and/or time than that of your normal play-day.
