League team captains and players please keep your personal contact information with the USTA current. Why? Because that information is then available in TennisLink -- captains can find current telephone numbers for their own team members, as well as contact information for opposing captains in the event they need to discuss default courts, or other match-related details.

How to Update Contact Information

WWTA cannot do this for you; you are responsible for your own personal information. There are two easy ways to update your information on file with USTA:

1. Call USTA Member Services (800-990-8782) during normal business hours and ask them to update your information. Have your USTA Member Number handy as you will be asked to provide that information.
2. Manage your Personal Contact Information On-line. Go to the USTA website (www.usta.com) ; click on "Membership" on the main navigation bar; Click on "Update My Information"* on the right side column; You will then be prompted you for your account number and password; Once you enter those correctly, you can update all your personal information -- how your name displays, address, telephone numbers, e-mail accounts, etc.

*If you go through the "Log-In" part, it automatically takes you to the MembersOnly shopping page, at which point you would have to navigate back to the main page, hit "Membership" again, then hit the "Update My Information" link.

Accessing Teammates Contact Information

League Team Captains (and only Team Captains) can access a TennisLink report that lists the name, address, telephone number for every player on their team roster (assuming team captains provide that information to USTA!).

The Player Roster Report can be exported to Excel and saved on one's hard drive, or simply printed and kept in one's tennis bag. To access the Player Roster Report, follow these steps:

• Go to the League TennisLink homepage.
• Log in to the system as Captain using your USTA number and password.
• Go to your Team Homepage (if you previously used "Add to My Teams" function, click on it to go to your Team Homepage. Otherwise, in the relevant search box, insert your Team Number/Code and click "Go")
• From your Team Hompage, click the "Player Roster" button located on the menu bar.

Accessing Team Captain Report

League Team Captains (and only Team Captains) can access a TennisLink report that lists the name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address for every other team captain in their level league (assuming team captains provide that information to USTA!).

The Team Captain Report can be exported to Excel and saved on one's hard drive, or simply printed and kept in one's tennis bag. To access the Team Captains Report, follow these steps:

• Go to the League TennisLink homepage.
• Log in to the system as Captain using your USTA number and password.
• Go to your Team Homepage (if you previously used "Add to My Teams" function, click on it to go to your Team Homepage. Otherwise, in the relevant search box, insert your Team Number/Code and click "Go")
• From your Team Hompage, in the upper right click on the link under the word "flight." On the ensuing page, click on "Team Captain Report".
