WWTA has initiated a program to provide QuickStart tennis equipment to all public elementary schools that want to incorporate tennis into the PE curriculum. This "PE Tennis" program includes training for the teachers: the recent QuickStart Tennis Workshop (held on January 9th) and In-Service training (tentatively scheduled for February 15th). Equipment has already been delivered to 21 schools and is on order for another three schools. The students at West Lake Elementary School expressed their appreciation for their new tennis equipment with the card pictured at right.
