Required for all 10’s & 12’s playing in Futures tournaments. At least one parent or guardian of a child planning to enter the tournaments listed below must attend one session prior to the deadline of the tournament in order for the their child to be eligible to play.

• 10’s or the 12’s of Futures Tournaments
• 2010 Tar Heel Qualifier
• 2010 North Carolina Junior State Closed
